• Oregon Law Help provides free legal information for low-income Oregonians
• First Baptist Church and the AARP provide free tax preparation and filing assistance for seniors during the income-tax season.  CASH Oregon (Creating Assets, Savings, and Hope) provides information about tax preparation, including a list of other AARP-sponsored free sites in the Portland Metro area.
